It is the policy of SBR to collect, use and maintain legally-protected information of individual candidates and its clients in the course and scope of rendering professional recruitment services in an efficacious and lawful manner. To the extent SBR maintains personal information in any system of records and provides such information in connection with professional placements, such is done in a reasonably diligent manner and not for any third party marketing purposes.

Both the candidates and the clients of SBR shall have appropriate and complete access to their respective records provided by them to SBR, for the purpose of reviewing, correcting or updating such records and any errors that may be found in such records. Further, it is the policy of SBR to maintain its records in such a manner that the information contained therein is, and remains, material and relevant to the purposes for which it is received.
